Hiker Training

Hiking in the Coachella Valley is a great way to exercise, experience the outdoors, and connect with your community. The greater Palm Springs area offers a wide variety of hikes/walks, from flat and easy to steep and rugged. 

This free workshop is designed to help people get outside and enjoy nature, regardless of experience and ability. Presented by Dan Coleman and Rich Peregrin, Coachella Valley Hiking Club Board Members. 

This workshop is targeted to CVHC members that are new to desert hiking. CVHC Hike Leaders are welcome too.
