SNOW CREEK
The trailhead begins after hiking about a mile up the access road, a steep easy warm-up for the trail ahead. The views are fantastic and get better as you ascend the trail on long, easy-going switchbacks. This trail provides some, if not the best, views of the pass and desert below, all under the towering mountain right in front of you.
Park on Snow Creek Road north of the village; there is no street parking at the Snow Creek trailhead.
This is a strenuous hike. Estimate 6 hours to complete. Bring water, sunscreen, and a snack.
