E BIKE RIDE: CATHEDRAL CITY TO PALM SPRINGS

Welcome to CVHC’s new activity: E Bike rides.

Joe Phillips is creating a friendly E Bike Group that will meet weekly on Saturdays at a different location each time. Rides will be between 12 to 25 miles and the speed kept between 15 to 18 mph. 

Rides are mapped in advance to ensure safe bike paths and bike lanes. The group will ride to a given destination where they will take a 30 minute-ish break for coffee and other incidentals. 

Once everybody’s riding abilities are known, the mileage and speed described above might change, if desired by the majority.

It has been our continued experience that E bikes and conventional bikes ride quite differently. It’s difficult to keep the same pace, therefore this particular riding group is for E Bikes ONLY.

November 12 Ride: This ride will be led by Melissa Phillips. Ride from Cathedral City to Palm Springs and back. Meet in the parking lot of Cathedral City’s Trader Joe’s. Be prepared to start riding promptly at 9 AM. 

DISTANCE: About 20 miles round trip 

BIKES: E Bikes ONLY
