I am a Kansas City native and moved here in 2011. I joined the hiking club and fell in love with our mountains. The CVHC has made such a difference in my life. Leading hikes allows me to meet so many people and share the joy of a day spent outdoors. Between the San Jacinto, Joshua Tree, our valley, Idyllwild, and Mecca there is a lot to discover in the Palm Springs area. If not on the trail, I am most likely cooking or playing canasta or mahjong.

Great hike with lots of up and down. This hike starts at Southridge rd. which is just past Gene Autry and before Araby Rd. Hike towards the homes of Hollywood legends, Bob Hope and Steve McQueen.
