LADDERS AND SLOTS IN PAINTED CANYON – HIKE IS FULL
***Please consider joining us another time. ***
Join Mark for a loop hike through the “Lost and Found” and “Surprise” slot canyons. This is a very pretty hike with a ridge walk between the two slots and nice views of the Salton Sea. There are several ladders and narrow slots with some height. This route will take about 3 1/2 hours, once the group starts going. Hikers will need gloves and long pants.
This route is harder than the standard Painted Canyon hike. IF YOU HAVE A FEAR OF HEIGHTS OR ARE CLAUSTROPHIC, THIS IN NOT THE HIKE FOR YOU.
The group will meet at Just Java on Washington and Hovely, Bermuda Dunes, at 9 AM.
